    Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -
    (yat) =that, (bhuraṇyuḥ)=sustaining and nurturing, (śrīṇan)=maturing, (manuṣyaḥ)=man, (divam) = resplendent, (parameśvaram) =God, (vā) =or, (vidyutam)=lightening, (pari) =from all sides, (upa) =from proximity, (sthāt) =is situated, (sthātuḥ)= group of stationary living beings and (caratham)= groups of moveable living beings and, (aktūn =All things that appear and are received, (ca) =also, {vi} =specially, (pari) =from all sides, (ūrṇot) =covers or accepts, (saḥ) =he, (eṣām)= among the humans present and, (viśveṣām) =all, {devaḥ} =endowed with divine qualities, (devānām) =among the scholars, (ekaḥ)=the one, (mahitvā)= worthy of worship, (bhuvat) = should be.

    English Translation (K.K.V.) - The one who sustains and nurtures, the man who matures, resplendent God or lightening is present nearby from all sides. It specifically covers or accepts the groups of stationary living beings, the group of moveable living beings and all the things that appear and are received, from all sides. He should be the one worthy of worship among the people present and among the scholars endowed with all the divine qualities.
