Translation [अन्वय - स्वामी दयानन्द] - O men ! always serve the persons who are glaring like the sun and the divine like the cloud. As the sun (by Its rays) pervades and knocks at the doors the houses of the people and manifests its glory, dispels the cloud and removes the darkness in the same manner, always serve those enlightened men who desire the welfare of all beings, who honor good men, who pervade all places with the Vedic sermons like the coming dawns and go everywhere.

Purport [भावार्थ - स्वामी दयानन्द] - Those persons only deserve to be the teachers and preachers. who are illuminators of Vidya (true knowledge) and Dharma (righteousness) among the people like the dawn and the sun.

Foot Notes - (व्रजिनी) वर्जन क्रिया । वृजी-वर्जने = The acts of giving up or dispelling. (स्व:) आदित्यः । स्वः आदित्यों भवति । स्वरादित्यो भवति सुअरण: सुईरणः स्वतो भासति (NKT 2, 4, 14) = The sun. (दिवः) कामयमाना:- दिवुधातो: । कामनार्थमादाय व्याख्या कान्तिः कामना । = Desiring the welfare of all living beings.
