Purport -

O the terrific God! O Compeller of the wicked to weep! Make us happy. Make us extremly happy and prosper. O the destroyer of the brave men of the enemy ! We who with reverential salutation serve you, beseech you to protect us in every possible way. O awe inspiring God! You are our father [creator] and protector. Make a lake all your subjects happy and prosper, also root out the diseases of all the subjects. cts. Just as a father has a regard for his offspring and treats them in a friendly manner and loves them in many ways, in the same way, do protect and rear us up. O Terror-inspiring Lord! Following your commandments, being engaged in the path of justice shown by you, we may acquire the imperial sovereign sway of the brave gentlemen by your grace.
