Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -

He=O! (indra)=God, (tava)=You, (kṛpayā)=kindly, (asmadartham)=for us, (āśave)=for obtaining delight of every type and speed etc. qualities in vehicles at the earliest, (yajñaśriyam)=for the embellishment of greatness of Chakravertee reign, (āśum)=for fire, air etc. group of substances having quality of speed etc. (nṛmādanam)=for providing extreme joy to men, (patayat)=to fulfill the dharma of ownership, (mandayatsakham)=in which there are friends obtaining delight and knowing intellect, [aise]=such, (vijñānādi)=specific knowledge etc. (dhanam)=wealth, (bhara)=provide after possessing it properly.

English Translation (K.K.V.) -

O God! You kindly provide us specific knowledge etc.; after possessing it properly; for obtaining delight of every kind and speed etc. qualities in vehicles at the earliest; for the embellishment of greatness of Chakravertee reign; for fire, air etc. group of substances having quality of speed etc.; for providing extreme joy to men in order to fulfill the duty of ownership, in which there are friends obtaining delight and knowing intellect etc. such as wealth.

God bestows grace on a man who is virtuous, not on the laziness, because unless a man makes proper efforts, he can never be able to protect the things obtained by the grace of God and the deeds done by him. That's why human beings should be partakers of God's grace only by being virtuous

TRANSLATOR’S NOTES- -

One who has in hand lotus-shaped symbol in the form of a wheel, the owner of all the land that surrounds such an ocean is called Chakravarti. Such a state is called a Chakravarti state.
