अप्र॑क्षितं॒ वसु॑ बिभर्षि॒ हस्त॑यो॒रषा॑ळ्हं॒ सह॑स्त॒न्वि॑ श्रु॒तो द॑धे। आवृ॑तासोऽव॒तासो॒ न क॒र्तृभि॑स्त॒नूषु॑ ते॒ क्रत॑व इन्द्र॒ भूर॑यः ॥

Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -
He=O! (indra)= Lord of knowledge and opulence God, (śrutaḥ)=listener, (tvam) =you, (yat) =that, (aprakṣitam)= inexhaustible, (vasu)=in the special knowledge of living happily, (aṣāḍham) =bearable by sinners, (sahaḥ) =force, (ca) =also, (tanvi) =in the body, (hastayoḥ) =in hand, (āmalakam)=Emblic myrobalan, (iva) =like, (bibharṣi) =keep, that is, it is easily obtainable,[aise rakhate ho]=keep it like this, (yaḥ) =that, (āvṛtāsaḥ) =covered with happiness on all sides and, (avatāsaḥ) =protected from all sides, (na) =like, (te) =your, (bhūrayaḥ) =many, (kratavaḥ) =transcendental wisdoms, to them, (karttṛbhiḥ) =by effort makers, (tanūṣu) =in bodies, (dhriyante) =is possessed, (tāni) =to them, (aham) =I, (dadhe) =possess.
English Translation (K.K.V.) - O Lord of knowledge and opulence God! You listeners, who in the special knowledge of living in inexhaustible happiness, keep in your body the strength that can be tolerated by sinners, like an āṁvale (Emblic myrobalan) in your hand, that is, you keep it in such a way that it is easily attainable. Covered with happiness from every side and protected from every side, there are many transcendental wisdoms of yours, they are imbibed in the bodies by the effort-makers, I possess them.

Just as the President of the Assembly and the learned people possess inexhaustible knowledge, strength, wealth, hearing and very good deeds, in the same way all the people of the country should follow these things. Translation of gist of the hymn by Maharshi Dayanand- In this hymn, the actions of the Sun, the people and the President of the Assembly have been described, hence the consistency of this hymn should be known with the previous hymn.
