Translation [अन्वय - स्वामी दयानन्द] - O men ! this sun which goes towards the earth with its rays is rising up. On its top sky, the chariot is yoked (in the form of group of the rays of the sun). In the region of nice firmament, three joint and related to each other substances i.e. air, water and electricity shine. In the middle of this sweetness, the fourth namely the cloud particularly shines up in the firmament. You should acquire knowledge well about them.

Purport [भावार्थ - स्वामी दयानन्द] - O men! the resplendent sun that shines in the Centre of many planets is connected with the universe, all around. The earth and moon rotate and it is on account of that, the rains shower. This secret you should unravel.

Foot Notes - (परिज्मा) परितः सर्वतो ज्मायां भूमौ गच्छति त्यजति वा । ज्मेति पृथिवीनाम (NG 1, 1)। = That which goes towards the earth by its rays (the sun) . (त्रयः ) (वायुजलविद्युतः । (दुतिः ) मेघ: । दृतिरिति मेघानम (NG 1, 10) = Air, water and electricity/energy.
