Purport -

Absolute Knowledge ! O Dispensor of Justice! Protector of the Assembly and lover of the assembly should be our just king, make us of such desire. We should never select or elect one man as our king, instead we should assume the assembly (you) as our real king-the genuine Director of Sovereign assembly. [The worldy king should be only your representative]. You are Super natural, wonderful, marvellous, extra-ordinary (Astonishing). You are Possessor of wonderful powers, You are lovable by nature. You are the most desirable by all the souls. You alone are adorable and serviceable by all souls. O Mighty Lord I pray to You kindly, endow me with wisdom [intelligence], knowledge and righteousness like truthfulness. Our voice [speech, utterance] says"There is none who may be worthy of being served except God Almighty. So is the order of the Vedas which must be abided by all people.
