Purport -
God is adorable by all human beings. He is most respectable, most beloved and cherished deity of all. All all. All the men of the world should surrender to Him all their belongings. This is the teaching and prayer in this 'mantra'
O the Lord of all! O God! It is your commandment that all human beings should surrender-offer all their belongings to You, hence we offer to you our life, vitality, eye-sight, sense of hearing, power of speech, the mind, the soul, our Vedic knowledge, light, (the planets like the sun), objects like fire, heaven (sources of pleasure) and the earth, which sustains all. We also offer to you our efforts to acquire the four fold ideals of life, 'Yajna'sactions we pouring oblations in the fire and all the good do, the praises we offer to you, our study of Rgveda, Yajurveda, Samveda and Atharvaveda, Brhadrathantra and Maharathantra hymns of Sama. We are under your shelter-we have taken refuge with you. As you desire, kindly do so for us.
We are Your children. By Your grace we should acquire the highest bliss. So long as we live we should be happy by enjoying soveriegn imperial sway, and even after death we should be happy. O the greatest Immortal God! We should become god-most learned. We should attain the final emancipation by realising You. We should also become free from the bondage of birth and death and be immortal always. We should obey your commands and engage ourselves always in that act by which we can realise You. You are immanent. Whatever you teach us in our hearts, we should always speak and act according to Your command and not otherwise.
O the Ocean of Mercy! Kindly take care of our welfare and prosperity always. With your assisstance we should be happy and victorious everywhere.
