तं त्वा॒ वाजे॑षु वा॒जिनं॑ वा॒जया॑मः शतक्रतो। धना॑नामिन्द्र सा॒तये॑॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठतम् । त्वा॒ । वाजे॑षु । वा॒जिन॑म् । वा॒जया॑मः । श॒त॒क्र॒तो॒ इति॑ शतऽक्रतो । धना॑नाम् । इ॒न्द्र॒ । सा॒तये॑ ॥

Subject of the mantra - Again, by word ‘Indra’ God has been elucidated in this mantra.
Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -
He=O! (śatakrato)=having specific knowledge of innumerable things, (indra)=to God, (vayam)=we, (dhanānām)=to wealth, (sātaye)=for enjoying delight or consuming in agood way, (vājeṣu)=in battles, (vājinam)= those getting victory, (tam)= to them, (pūrvoktam)=afore said, (indram)=to God, (tvām+eva)= to you only, (sarvān)=to all, (manuṣyān)=of men, (prati)= towards, (vājayāmaḥ)=try to know and teach.
English Translation (K.K.V.) -

The one who weakens the wicked by war and obeys God’s command by becoming a seer or a scholar, he is the one who wins the best wealth or victory in war, he is, the conqueror of all enemies.
